2.5 lbs chicken thighs
1/2 onion coarsely chopped
1 tomato coarsely chopped
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
water
I placed the chicken in the crockpot and sprinkled cinnamon until all pieces were coated. I then layered in the tomato, onion, and garlic. I drizzled olive oil on top and poured in just enough water to almost reach the top of the chicken. I then sprinkled in the salt, pepper, basil, and oregano. I put the crockpot on high for 5 hours and we will see what it comes to!
