pineapple beef roast

Things changed a little because my husband decided he wanted to go to bed early and apparently we are out of cinnamon. But here is the recipe I used

1 beef bottom roast
2-3 cups pineapple juice
worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
5 cloves garlic
2 chopped sweet potatoes
2 coarsely chopped onions

I placed the onions, sweet potatoes, and whole garlic cloves in the bottom of the crockpot. I but in the beef bottom roast and poured the pineapple juice on top of it until the juice sat just at the bottom of the roast. I then sprinkled the pepper, garlic powder and salt over top. Next I sprinkled enough worcestershire sauce to coat the roast. I put it on low for the night (12 hours). We'll see how this one turns out.
